Responsibilities:
Define and implement the firm’s long term vision and targets.
Oversee expansion plans.
International collaborations, and service innovations.
Ensure alignment of departments with the firm’s mission.
Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Coordinate with department managers and the executive team.
Approve key internal policies and operational procedure.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning and revenue strategies.
Lead relationship – building with key client, partners and network.
Represent the firm in international forums and legal alliance.
Drive marketing, branding and outreach efforts.
Ensure the firm adheres to legal, ethical and regulatory standards.
Oversee risk management, client confidentiality and conflict resolution.
Maintain transparency in decision-making and internal reporting.
